New listings have climbed 8%, marking the highest activity since August 2022. Active listings are approaching a more balanced level, which is good news for buyers and sellers alike. However, with pending sales at a low and mortgage rates holding at 6.66%, affordability remains a real challenge, even as median prices continue to inch up by 2.2%.
